Rainbow babies are called so because they are the rainbow after a storm. The light and life returning. It can also be a time of renewed grief, confusing emotions, and difficulty deciding how to celebrate your newborn while honouring the child you lost.

One check-in phone/video call the day after you give birth.

Three virtual postpartum visits in the weeks after your baby arrives, to chat about your birth experience, breastfeeding, and parenting concerns.
